The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into effect on 25 May 2018. It strengthens existing legislation on how businesses store and process data.

How it works

E-learning is available on multiple platforms such as tablets, PCs and laptops. All you need is an internet connection. Learners simply log on to the Nichol Associates Ltd Learner Management System (LMS) and work their way through the course.

Learners are assessed at the end of the course by multiple-choice questions and once successful certificates are downloadable.
